Lazura Website Proposal
In short: a custom website for Lazura's 7 perfumes, one page per emirate, with orders going straight to WhatsApp.
Website AED 2,500 (includes 1 year hosting, 5 Zoho emails, DNS, SEO, admin panel) + branding and packaging AED 500.
Online payment can be added later for AED 2,000.
Project overview What we are building
We will build Lazura a custom website for AED 2,500, with branding and packaging for AED 500, for a total of AED 3,000.
Lazura has 7 perfumes, each one representing one of the 7 emirates of the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Each perfume gets its own page and its own story, so customers can explore the collection emirate by emirate.
In this first phase there is no online payment. Every "Order" button opens WhatsApp with the product name already filled in. The site is built from scratch, so a payment gateway can be added later without rebuilding.

Every page is mobile first, since most buyers will arrive from Instagram and WhatsApp on their phones.

The domain name is registered in Lazura's name, so the brand always owns it.
Branding and packaging AED 500
- Brand guidelines: logo usage, colour palette, typography, and a colour or visual cue for each of the 7 emirates
- Packaging print files for the 7 perfumes, prepared to the printer's size and bleed requirements
- Print-ready PDF plus editable source files
The printer's box dielines (exact sizes) are needed before packaging design starts.

Payment gateway provider fees (setup and per-transaction) are paid by Lazura directly to the provider.

Packaging print files are prepared during development, once the box dielines are received. Until the admin dashboard is handed over, product and content updates are done by our team. The 6 months free maintenance starts from launch.
What we need from Lazura
- Product photos and any existing brand material
- Names, notes, sizes and prices for the 7 perfumes
- WhatsApp business number and contact details
- Shipping charges for each region
- Domain name, or approval for us to register it in Lazura's name
Terms Payment, maintenance, ownership
- Payment: 50% advance to start, 50% before the website goes live.
- Maintenance (6 months free): bug fixes, security and software updates, backups, product and price updates, small text or image changes.
- After 6 months: monthly maintenance plan, quoted at that time.
- Renewals: after year one, hosting, Zoho email and domain renewals are charged at cost.
- Design changes: 2 rounds of revisions before development. New pages or features after approval are quoted separately.
- Not included: product photography, Arabic copywriting, paid ads, payment gateway provider fees, printing costs.
- Ownership: on full payment, Lazura owns the website, domain, content and brand files.
- Validity: this proposal is valid for 30 days.
